As Group Financial Controller, Kelsey works with the Accounts Department to prepare the Group’s management accounts and the monthly management, budgeting and forecasting information. Kelsey also helps the Accounts Department with the administration of the fees invoices, credit control and supplier invoices.
Rhianna forms part of the Marketing Team, and can often be seen around the schools taking photographs and gathering news. Rhianna has responsibility of keeping the website and school social media channels up to date, keeping in touch with feeder schools and nurseries and a number of other marketing tasks.
Emma Curtis works at Head Office as the Personnel Administrator and Personal Assistant to the Group Management Team. Emma takes charge of all initial employment checks following the recruitment of new staff.
Diana is the Group Receptionist and is the first port of call for telephone queries and for welcoming visitors to Head Office. Diana also takes card payments from parents and carries out a variety of roles to allow for the smooth running of the schools.
Mr Elbaz drives the school minibuses and vehicles which includes transporting pupils and staff on educational visits or sporting fixtures and other similar activities.
Hollie is based at Head Office and is part of the Finance Department that looks after the processing of fees and purchase invoices for all four schools. She is available by phone or email to assist with any invoice queries parents or suppliers may have.
Guy joined the Oak-Tree Group as Group Maintenance Manager in August 2018. He oversees all maintenance at each school across the Group, including a team of around 20 Caretakers, Gardeners, Groundsmen, Maintenance Officers and Porters.
