Multi-Sports Club

Age Range: Current Reception to current Year 6

Staff: Ultrasport coaches led by Steve Grenfell, sports coach at Coopersale Hall and Normanhurst. Steve has run our sports clubs and holiday activities for many years and is supported by a team of qualified coaches who know our children.

Cost: £39 per day with a minimum of 2 days per week.

Numbers: Between 25 and 30 children per session with 2 or 3 coaches (depending on numbers).

Club information: Children are grouped according to age range and ability. Sports skills and games that will be covered daily include basketball, football, hand ball, hockey, netball, tennis, cricket, rounders, dodgeball, team races and skills carousels. The children enjoy a varied programme of activities to ensure everyone has the chance to try different sports and learn new skills.

Content: After a warm up, each day is broken down into seven 30 minute sessions, with a break and lunch in between. The days will concentrate on improving general skills and there will be many small-sided matches and tournaments with prizes awarded at the end of the week.
