On Friday night Braeside and Normanhurst School filled Loughton Arts Centre with family and friends, all arriving for the private viewing of the showcase of artwork produced by GCSE pupils as part of the Loughton Young Artists competition. It was a fantastic event, the gallery was packed and it was a great way to get the two Oak-Tree Schools together. Everyone agreed that there was a wonderful selection of art on show by our talented pupils. Do go along and have a look – the exhibition is at Loughton Arts Centre from Saturday 21 to Friday 27 January – open daily from 10am to 4pm.
